Morning, friends. It’s been an emotional roller-coaster week (for us all), so it’s felt especially good spending a low-key weekend at home doing lots of cooking, organizing, reading, and hanging with the kids. Last night I tried this new recipe which I’ve decided to adopt as my new signature chicken dish, and as Adam and I talked and drank wine at the kitchen island while Phoebe and Henry played with her train set, it was a moment of perfect happiness that was the peaceful ending to the week that I was craving. I’ve typically avoided talking politics on the site, because I want this to be a place where everyone of all beliefs feels welcome.
