The Best Beachy Movies to Get You Through March

If “beach movie” can actually be considered a genre, it’s one that’s always been laden with throwaways. From 1964’s Muscle Beach Party to 2017’s Rip Tide, it seems that every decade has seen it’s share of wash ups. That said, sometimes there’s simply no cure for the cold weather blues better than a good beach movie. They DO exist, and I’ve spent a lot of time watching all the bad ones so you don’t have to!
