There are two types of people in this world: the lunchtime beverage adventurers, and the “water’s fine, thanks” types. I’ve always been the latter, but now that the blazing Texas heat has me craving something a little more exciting, I set out to create three lemonade recipes that are a step up from the classic variety, inspired by the season’s amazing herbs. My advice? Make a big batch of whichever sounds good to you, then keep it chilled in a pitcher in your refrigerator all week long.
