I’m super excited about a new series we’re launching today called “Seasonal Menus.” It’s, well, exactly what it sounds like: I’ll be sharing the perfect menus for all kinds of occasions with the simple recipes you’ll need to prepare them – some that we’ve posted on the blog before and others that are brand new. To kick it off, I’ve created a complete menu (and classic cocktail!) for what could be a pressure-filled occasion: dinner with the in-laws. It should be noted that this menu is also perfect for any other evening when you need to come across as a hostess who’s got her s*** together: dinner with the boss, meeting your boyfriend’s parents, entertaining a client… you get the picture.
