We’re so excited to be sharing this story with you all today because, honestly, we’ve been planning it for over a year! Turns out, Monique Otero is a pretty busy gal — she runs a deliciously colorful food blog called Brunchpants, travels the world (she’s currently in Portugal), and recently moved cross-country from NYC to LA. When we finally got the chance to catch up with her, it’s no surprise that she opted for a laid-back picnic on the beaches of Malibu.
