Happy holiday weekend, y’all! Hope yours involves a body of water and either hot dogs, barbecue, or a lobster roll, depending on where you are and your proclivities. For our annual Fourth of July bash tomorrow, Adam’s making his “smash” sliders on the grill (his own technique that involves a cast iron skillet and a spatula), and I’m serving up the sides: mexican street corn; tomato, avocado, and mango salad; my classic guacamole. Add in lots of rosé and ice cream sandwiches for dessert, and we’ve got ourselves a party. Speaking of, I’m off to grocery shop and prep — I’ll try and remember to post a few #bts shots on my instagram.
