Rosol beats Tsonga, Czechs lead France 1-0 in Davis Cup

Lukas Rosol saved two match points to prevail over Jo-Wilfried Tsonga 6-4, 3-6, 4-6, 7-6 (8), 6-4 and give the Czech Republic a 1-0 lead over France in the Davis Cup quarterfinals
