How to Get Fit After Baby

This weekend marks 6 weeks since I gave birth to Henry, and it’s a milestone in more ways than one. Not only does it make me realize how quickly my baby is growing <insert sobbing emoji here!>, it’s also the date that my doctor gave me the green light to start doing more intense exercise including core strengthening workouts. I’m excited to dive back in, but I also know from experience with my first baby that reclaiming that pre-pregnancy bod can be a daunting task. However, I’m determined to get back to a place where I look my best, since I know it’ll make me feel my best, and that sense of confidence and comfort in my own skin flows into so many aspects of life.
